“I was around 10 or 11 years old in the early 80’s when I have been purely overwhelmed with emotion listening to pop/rock music for the first time, I was growing up in a small village in the south of France. it was a revelation, it was a divine discovery… This creative music period has simply been a revolution and it has defined the musical path I was about to take for the rest of my life…My new project KEY OF LIFE is an instrumental music album which feature 16 tracks, all of them being a tribute to the rock music of the 70’s, the 80’s and the 90’s. The organic musical foundation of the album (piano/bass/drum/guitar) with simple yet elegant chords progression has been enhanced with analog synthesizers such as Moog one, Roland Integra 7, ARP2600 and Yamaha CS80. I cannot be more grateful, I have realized throughout the years that I was doing exactly what I was supposed to do and today in 2023, I’m exactly the man I wanted to be. As a musician, it came to my mind like an evidence. It was just the right time to celebrate this crazy musical period which has been a KEY moment OF my LIFE. I deliberately wanted to sound like: GENESIS, TOTO, BARCLAY JAMES HARVEST, SUPERTRAMPS, ELTON JOHN, JEAN JACQUES GOLDMAN, U2, MICHEL POLNAREFF, LED ZEPPELIN, LYNYRD SKYNYRD, PHIL COLLINS, TEAR FOR FEARS, SIMPLE MIND, PETER GABRIEL, QUEEN, BRUCE HORNBY, RICK SPRINGFIELD, KANSAS, FOREIGNERS ETC ETC….” : said Leo on the Bund
